We are excited to announce that NowRx is officially launching its first-ever subscription plan for customers called NowRx Gold.
The individual subscription will cost $5.99 per month or $59.99 if paid annually and provides significant discounts on select medications, an annual medication therapy review, and free same-day delivery of all prescriptions. A family tier will also be offered at a price of $9.99/mo or $99.99 if paid annually and covers up to 4 family members.
Please note: Existing customers are not required to opt into NowRx Gold!
However, moving forward a convenience fee of $3.99 will be charged for all deliveries under $25 in total value (not copay amount, more on this below)*. This convenience fee will apply to both new and current NowRx customers.
This fee on smaller delivery totals will help NowRx continue to offer the level of 5-star service our customers expect in the face of inflation and overall rising costs. In addition, the fee will be waived for documented cases of financial hardship.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and do not take this decision lightly. If you have any questions regarding this policy change, you can reach out to our team at info@nowrx.com.
Once again, we sincerely appreciate your business and support as a customer – without you, NowRx would not be where it is as a company.
We hope you will continue to support our mission to bring a better pharmacy nationwide.
